House on The Rock ministries come under five different directorates, which aptly classify our purpose and functions.
|
| 1. Outreach |
Outreach Directorate serves the church by developing, coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive outreach ministry.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Christ-centered evangelism program for the church, which includes the Prison ministry and reaching out to the homeless and destitute. This directorate also specialises in recruiting and training church leaders in basic evangelism counselling techniques to promote participation in outreach initiatives in the community.
Headed by Pastor Kayode Adisa, the Outreach Directorate incorporates such departments as Ilumina Theatre Troupe, Soul Expressions (dance group) & the Welfare department.

| 2. Worship |
The Worship directorate serves the church by developing a well-rounded music program for services of worship and special events, upholding excellent standards in ministering to the congregation during worship services and special events.
Headed by Pastor Dolapo Akinmade, the Worship Directorate incorporates such departments as the Hill City Mass Choir, The Community Gospel Choir, Ushering and Protocol.

| 3. Service |
The Service directorate serves the church by coordinating the programs and facilities of the church, and serves as the major source of information for planning and publicity.
This directorate facilitates the efficiency and effectiveness of church events by arranging for appropriate facilities and sites for conferences, retreats, etc.
Headed by Pastor Alistair Frimpong, the Service Directorate incorporates such departments as Lighthouse Sight and Sound, Publicity and Service management.

| 4. Fellowship |
The Fellowship directorate serves the church by developing an effective and comprehensive program for building, restoring, uplifting, educating and equipping families for their ministries and spiritual development in the church and community at large.
We provide nurturing to parents of young children through special programs, fellowship, bible studies and bible based counselling, and ensure that a balanced program is available for the entire family/fellowship system.
Headed by Pastor Tunde Oluwaleimu, the Fellowship directorate develops and coordinates specialised ministries such as C.I.T.Y (Church In The Yard), One flesh (Couples' fellowship), Feminine touch (Women's ministry), Ignite (Teen church) and Lord's Heritage (Junior church).

| 5. Discipleship |
The Discipleship directorate maintains a series of training programs to deepen the spiritual maturity of the congregation, enabling the building of a Christian community.
It is geared towards providing mentoring and spiritual direction to those seeking a deeper level of spiritual maturity, and encouraging and nurturing the individual and corporate prayer life of the congregation.
Headed by Pastor Chris Eluwa, the Discipleship directorate incorporates such departments as SALT (Single and Living Today), Training & Development, Finding the Rock (our new believers/new workers' class) and our planned Community-based projects. |
